Service Packages — AO Service

All service package quotes will be individualized based on square footage and overall condition of the building when completing site walk.

AO Service is not a licensed general contractor, any repairs requiring a GC sign off will need to be outsourced.

Site Walk: Appointment times are scheduled @ 9am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm M-F. Veteran Employee will walk location and identify minor/medium fixes and understand primary concerns for clients and how we can support them. Quote will be provided 1-2 business days after Site Walk.
Minor/Medium Fixes: Quote will include recommended fixes in these categories and how we define Minor is anything that we can knock out in 3 hours and Medium would be worked knocked out in 6 hours or longer that does not require GC.

All of Service Package 1 is included.
Preventive Maintenance: We offer monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual PM packages. Some repairs will be included in these PM packages and we also offer a call out option to be included if required.

All of Service Package 2 is included
Information Technology and Video Services:
- Clean up, repair, troubleshoot and install any new or existing services in the building. This can be running new cabling, installing a backboard or building a conference room for video conferencing.
